Pose N Post Symposium With Chrisette Michele And Friends

One of the highlights of my April thus far has been an invitation by Miss Soul Songstress herself, Chrisette Michele to attend her event Pose n Post Symposium.  Bloggers, small business owners, and vloggers like myself, full of energy and positive vibes, networked over cupcakes and champagne.  There was an awesome panel of guest speakers which I was uber excited to meet.  The panel included the fabulous minimalist Fash better know as Lover_4Fashion, Naturalist and jewelry maker Brosia, self made multi-millionaire Courtney Adeleye of the Mane Collection products, and of course the beautiful Chrisette Michele.  The panel discussed different topics and gave their background stories on how they reached their level of success.  The Pose n Post Symposium was validation to follow my craft, continue along the path to build my brand and to grow from what I love.  It also made it possible to network with many ladies and meet a fellow NC blogger Kim of NaurallyFashionable, who is so kind spirited and down to Earth.  The highlight of the night was hearing the sultry, velvet sounds of Chrisette Michele in a live concert eek!  Her voice is smooth like butter and I feel in love with it all over again.  A video recap will be on my channel over this weekend, be sure to stop by and check it out.  This event was filled with tears of testimony, laughter and full of insight.  It was a reminder to stay true to yourself and never stop reaching for the stars because anything is possible

My outfit was a huge hit with my DIY fur shoes and long cape top from the House of Chanel.  Let me know if a DIY tutorial for my shoes and hair are in order?!

  1. Awesome! I ve been trying to reach-out on the Rich Hipster to network also but never heard anything back regarding advertisement. Yes, please post some of the testimonials. Where I am from, it s hard to get symposiums and the like to come out and support.
